10 simple steps for mindfulness


If you are a stock market Trader or Software professional or any other business or profession, mindfulness is so much necessary for peaceful well being.

These are the 10 steps guide for mindfulness.


1. Build your own style

We all are different from each other and our approach differs based on our mood by that time. There are different ways to do mindfulness. we can do it ourselves whatever feels right to you.

2. Take a Break or Step back

Take a break or step back either emotionally, physically, mentally from the busyness, if you want to continue what you are doing you can slow it down, and give some free space to mind and body. you can start some hobbies or play with the pet  or listening to music, reading, walking, yoga, painting, playing games, cooking, etc.,

3. Relax your mind

Slow down your thoughts relax your mind and try to stay peaceful, you can use deep breathing techniques or meditation for five minutes or more, allow thoughts to run through your mind and focus on something else like you can imagine a landscape, waterfall or sky or flower garden, accept everything and just enjoy being with a few movements of meditation and peacefulness.

4. Live in present

The thoughts of past or future comes to mind only when you think about it, just forget about thinking of past or future, live in the present, focus your awareness on the present, keep practicing this every day by just observing the present movement, just enjoy the feeling of your body and mind relaxed with peaceful, if your mind is wandering just try to bring it back.

5. Start Observation

By giving free time and space to your mind and body, you start observing the things around you, These could be your thoughts of emotional, physical or mental feelings which creates awareness and helps to find new understandings

6. Pay attention

Pay attention to your senses and environment and you can feel the colors and tastes, sounds, textures, and feelings look so much new. just enjoy noticing these new sensory pleasures.

7. Look with a new viewpoint

By becoming more aware and conscious you can try doing things differently and this can help to see the world in a new way This helps to realize yourself fresh and the people around you, just be curious and don't get attached to your thoughts.

8. Listen to your inner voice

Calm mind helps in silence and listen to your inner voice listen to yourself. start doing some creative activities like painting, cooking and express yourself, enjoy whatever you are doing.

9. Take a step outside yourself

Think about other people around you, how they have affected you or how you affected other people, be grateful for positive effects and let go of any guilt, be kindful to others, consider how you might improve the wellbeing and strengthen the relationship of others.

10.Feel the  Positive change

Use your mindfulness to make positive change within yourself and on others, improve your self-confidence by keeping yourself in positive thoughts and visualize yourself use your imagination for improvements for solving the problems.
