Grandma's ancient tips to fight against virus and making immune system strong.

Tip 1:

1. Dry Ginger

2. clove

3. Black pepper

4. Cardamom

5. cinnamon

Recipe: take equal quantity of all the above and make powder and store in glass jar and you can use in tea or in any curries.

Tip 2:

1. Turmeric

2. Dry Ginger

Recipe: Turmeric, Dry ginger and jaggery make balls and store in glass jar and during bed time take one.

Tip 3:

1. Turmeric powder

2. Milk

Recipe: Boil turmeric in milk and have at bed time.

Tip 4:

1. Giloy or Guduchi

2. Water

Recipe: Boil in one glass of water till it becomes half and have it . it has most beneficial properties.
