 PROCEDURE TO EXCERCISE OPTIONS:--
  1. First open the website http://pgecet.apsche.ac.in  Home page and it displays as follows.

2.Click web counseling. Then click Web options in the next window.


3. Instructions to candidate window will display as following screen shot.


4.Read the instructions carefully, then click I Understood button.


5.Enter the details as shown in the option form and click on View Data button.


6.Option form will be displayed as shown below with colleges on the left side. This window displays all the eligible colleges based on gender and Methodology.






Two types of filters are available to minimize the selection list. The first filter is Alphabetical order and another filter as per the District.
For example, if you select Hyderabad District in the District combo box, the list of colleges available in Hyderabad District alone will be displayed.
If you Type one of the Alphabets, for example “P” is Typed, then the college codes starting with alphabet “P” will be displayed.
Select the college on left window and click to add to the right side window as option number one. Then next one will be added as second option and so on. The priority of options is displayed on the right side window.
You can Modify the priority of options by clicking on the Modify button. Select an option, drag it to the required place and drop. Automatically the option will be moved to the new location and the priority numbers will be renumbered. (OR) Select the option and press the UP/DOWN arrow buttons present in between the tables to move up/down one level.

Select an option and Click the Delete button, then the option will be deleted from the selected list.
After satisfying with the selected list of colleges and their priorities, click on Save button and enter the Scratch card password through the virtual key board available on the screen and mobile number and click Confirm button, then the selected options are saved in the Server for processing, and the saved options will be displayed in printed format. Take a print and verify thoroughly the colleges and their priority.




7. If the candidate is not interested to change the options any more, then Freeze button is to be clicked. If the options are frozen, they cannot be changed. However, to modify the Frozen options, the candidates may approach the help line center.


8.The Saved or Frozen options can be viewed and/or print through the Print options (Saved/Frozen) link from home page also.

9.The options exercised will be closed at 00.00 Hrs mid night on the last date specified for web options in the notification.

10. The options registered in the server will be frozen automatically on the last day specified in the notification and shall be used for seat allotment.

11.The options will be processed on the dates specified and the results will be communicated through SMS message to the mobile number, which you have provided and you can also take a print of the provisional allotment order from the website.

    I got 6180 rank and 453 score in GATE 2012 . And i secured 55 rank in PGECET 2012. My department is CSE. I belong to OC category. Can i get admission in JNTUH with GATE rank or PGECET rank.?

    in the web counseling again they ask to fill the region...so,,what ever the region may be in hall ticket it doesn't matter,....and to the best of my knowledge the local status is which we are completed our school & college studies & our native place....

    your can clear your dought in helpline centers at the time of verification and re-enter correct one

    it is only the approximate guess the we can get "particular college for particular rank"...it always differs in every year batch...

    ...no body can answer which college we get in particular rank".....

    what ever your rank may be the chances are their to get good college...only if you keep more and more options according to priority...

    I want to know when will the notification for counselling of M.pharmacy admissions will come.
    I have not qualified in GPAT -2012 but I got a rank of 1104 in PGECET-2012 and I belong to BC-E category.Is there a chance for me to get a m.pharmacy seat in a good college in hyderabad.??
    If there is no chance for me , shall I go for the NRI/Management seats where the fees is almost double to that of the convenor seat??
    Please help me and guide me through my admission as I have no proper source of information.

      FEE TYPES:
      I. For GATE/GPAT Candidates:
      a) SCH - Regular with AICTE fellowship
      b) NS - Regular without AICTE fellowship
      c) SF - Self Finance with AICTE fellowship
      d) SNS - Self Finance without AICTE fellowship
      II. For PGECET Candidates:
      a) REG – Regular
      b) SF – Self finance

Hello friends in this post i want to share my experience of the great mind challenge 2010 which was organised by the IBM . This contest is all about the project development. It is very helpful for engineering students.i am studying B.Tech final year,as i have to submit the academic project, i will submit the same project which i will develop in TGMC.. Its very strang thing that the same project for academic and also for the contest.  I suggest you too go to the IBM's TGMC website and register.you will also get the participation certificate..it worth's more.. .they will also provide you the software , and more materials.. Its free..all you need is good team of members between 2-4 and with a faculty to guide you. All the development and submission process takes place throw online...
