Building a Job is easier than Searching a Job.   I am in deep thinking about  this two since few days..very less person get these thought..every one is worried about one thing in their final year of their academic, that is ..job..job..! For achieving  that job, have to go for attending the placement fairs and Walk-ins ...most of the people does not achieve nothing in their academic.. Of-course we do not join any college or intuition for achieving or doing something.., we join the academics only to learn how to achieve and get succeded. i had read and studied about this problem from other sources, i am impressed with this topic ,so i decided to write an article about this topic.. the generation gap in the work places like offices & companies etc.,most of the business is facing this kind of problem..In this modern business world, the companies are widely spreading their companies and increasing their employs . every company should pay attention on filling the generation gap among them .
