I already said that i am going to participate in the The great mind challenge-- so for that i have selected the web based project of   Online Job portal.  the main Objective/Vision of the project is its an online job portal where the job seekers can register themselves at the website and search the jobs which are suitable for them where as the companies and organizations can register with the website and put up jobs which are vacant at their company....i want to make this projects better worthy by adding your ideas, if any suggestions and modifications about features and changes please email me or post your comment below this post.

Hello friends in this post i want to share my experience of the great mind challenge 2010 which was organised by the IBM . This contest is all about the project development. It is very helpful for engineering students.i am studying B.Tech final year,as i have to submit the academic project, i will submit the same project which i will develop in TGMC.. Its very strang thing that the same project for academic and also for the contest.  I suggest you too go to the IBM's TGMC website and register.you will also get the participation certificate..it worth's more.. .they will also provide you the software , and more materials.. Its free..all you need is good team of members between 2-4 and with a faculty to guide you. All the development and submission process takes place throw online...
