The people who has the unique goal they need good inspiration. they need such  people who is behind them and supports them.they also need particular environment around them which  will inspire them every time..it is not only the matter of just creating the inspiring environment around us by just sticking posters etc.., the only matters is how we react .. respond..and apply to our goals...
Of course their may be lots of problems..you may get in between the path of your goal...in my view it is not at all the problems..it is thestruggles to achieve your goal...which your dreams going to real..
It is really important task of knowing yourself..every person should know about them self completely...they should be specific what they really want...!
we should always listen and respect others words..the most important thing is that our heart listens our words..our smile will keep our heart refresh..our heart always gives positive response to our every smile..so never loose your smile..the smile inspires you...the smile makes you crazy....its a magic...the smile is everything..the smile helps the others to maintain very good communication ..we should receive and respond very thing with smile..we should start..,continue..and should end with smile..

                                     then why are you waiting for....get started everything with smile....

Hello friends in this post i want to share my experience of the great mind challenge 2010 which was organised by the IBM . This contest is all about the project development. It is very helpful for engineering students.i am studying B.Tech final year,as i have to submit the academic project, i will submit the same project which i will develop in TGMC.. Its very strang thing that the same project for academic and also for the contest.  I suggest you too go to the IBM's TGMC website and register.you will also get the participation certificate..it worth's more.. .they will also provide you the software , and more materials.. Its free..all you need is good team of members between 2-4 and with a faculty to guide you. All the development and submission process takes place throw online...
