some information about Ajax programming

For my TGMC 2010 project....i am decided to design the front end with Ajax..,if you ask me what is the features to use the ajax...is well.the features that i explain is........The Ajax is the .shorthand for Asynchronous JavaScript and XML  .it means the combination of the both. javascript and XML..It is is a group of interrelated web development techniques used on the client-side to create interactive web applications. With Ajax, web applications can retrieve data from the server asynchronously in the background without interfering with the display and behavior of the existing page.

Data is usually retrieved using the XML Http Request object. Despite the name, the use of XML is not actually required, nor do the requests need to be asynchronous.hence the use of Ajax techniques has led to an increase in interactive or dynamic interfaces on web pages.Its Like DHTML and LAMP, Ajax is not a technology in itself, but a group of technologies. Ajax uses a combination of HTML and CSS to mark up and style information. The DOM is accessed with JavaScript  to dynamically display, and to allow the user to interact with, the information presented. JavaScript and the XMLHttpRequest object provide a method for exchanging data asynchronously between browser and server to avoid full page reloads...

I Registered TGMC 2010

Hello friends in this post i want to share my experience of the great mind challenge 2010 which was organised by the IBM . This contest is all about the project development. It is very helpful for engineering students.i am studying B.Tech final year,as i have to submit the academic project, i will submit the same project which i will develop in TGMC.. Its very strang thing that the same project for academic and also for the contest.  I suggest you too go to the IBM's TGMC website and register.you will also get the participation certificate..it worth's more.. .they will also provide you the software , and more materials.. Its free..all you need is good team of members between 2-4 and with a faculty to guide you. All the development and submission process takes place throw online...
